Karate-Do Shotokan
Karate–Do is the Art of the empty hand: a hand free of violence and aggressiveness, a hand that is kind and welcoming to others.
When respecting the philosophy of the ancient masters, a practitioner of Karate-Do embarks on a long journey that leads to self-discovery if followed with courage and humility.
"The ultimate aim of the art of Karate-Do lies not in victory or defeat,
but in the perfection of the character of its participants."
Master Gichin Funakoshi (1868-1957)
